Brisk walking, leisurely bicycling and golfing are all examples of moderate exercise. But don’t throw in the towel if you can’t do those things for at least an hour a day. Even a little exercise is good for your health even if it won’t make you thin, the researchers said.
A 17-year-old is dead after a stabbing. St. Paul police said they arrested a 19-year-old St. Paul man in the stabbing of Darius Derrick Maxwell, St. Paul, about 12:05 a.m. Saturday. Police said the 19-year-old broke into the home of his ex-girlfriend and confronted Maxwell about being her boyfriend and stabbed him.
