The menu here is as casual at the restaurant. It lists, for instance, an egg salad sandwich for $4.25. And in parenthesis, it says, “When available.” We felt we were in luck when I made a road trip with a couple of friends to Minto in late September in search of lunch.

She reached out with tongs holding a warm washcloth for my hands. Then, the first-class cabin attendant came around with a linen-looking cloth to put on top of the tray in front of my seat on Delta Airlines Flight 2153 from Minneapolis to Seattle.
