Moderate to major flooding continues in the region, and the river levels at Drayton and Pembina, N.ED., continue to rise, while the Red at Oslo is fluctuating near its crest.

Mayor says Drayton Bridge may close today 
The Red River bridge at Drayton, N.D., will likely close today, Mayor Ardis Olson said. The city had thought it would have closed at the start of the weekend, she said, but the ice jam near Oslo, Minn., slowed the floodwaters for a day or two.
