Today’s the final day to see “Prairie Boy,” an exhibit of artworks by Rugby’s Terry Jelsing, at the Cando (N.D.) Art Center. As a bonus, Jelsing will be on hand from 3 to 5 p.m. today to talk about the exhibit and meet the public.
To celebrate a 98th birthday, three hard-working sisters — all in their 90s — gathered Saturday in Fargo to visit and reminisce. Helen Glawe, who lives at Fargo’s Riverview Senior Center, turns 98 today.
For the occasion, her younger sisters, Alice Miller, 95, St. Paul, and Dorothy Marr, 90, Cando, N.D., made the trip to Fargo.
