Clearwater County’s board of commissioners meets Tuesday to discuss the scheduled completion Friday of the sale of the county’s hospital and clinic in Bagley, Minn., to a Grand Forks medical services company.
A Clearwater County jury found Dale Channing Casebolt Sr., 45, of Bagley, Minn., guilty of two counts of felony first-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct, County Attorney Jeanine Brand reported.
Two men were injured slightly Sunday when their work truck rolled on its side east of Thompson, N.D., on “old” Highway 81. In another crash, two passengers were injured early Sunday when a pickup truck rolled off U.S. Highway 2 about 2 a.m. near Bagley, Minn.
Joseph was born at 12:20 a.m. May 19 in a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt that was going about 70 mph from Bagley to North Country Regional Hospital in Bemidji. His mother was driving the vehicle since his father, Joseph Phillips, is unable to drive due to seizures.
A Grand Forks man was injured slightly and cited for drunken and reckless driving Halloween night after speeding and hitting a tree in his SUV. Also, about midnight Friday, a man walking downtown was hit by a silver Pontiac but not injured, according to Grand Forks police. And two men from Bagley, Minn., were not injured when their vehicles collided Saturday evening in Clearwater County.
