I-29 in North Dakota open; parts of I-94 and U.S. 83 remain closed 
UPDATED AT 1:15 p.m. Interstate 29 was open for travel in North Dakota as of about 1 p.m. Saturday, according to the Department of Transportation. But I-94 from Jamestown through Bismarck to Dickinson, as well as U.S. Highway 83 from Bismarck to Minot remained closed at about 1 p.m. Saturday.
No other major highways were closed by that time, according to the DOT.

U.S. Highway 2 was reopened from Grand Forks to Devils Lake Saturday morning.
A no-travel advisory for the Grand Forks and Devils Lake region has been lifted by North Dakota Department of Transportation, but a travel alert is still in effect because of icy road conditions.
