According to a state patrol report, Kairouan L. Balvik-Porter, 39, was traveling west at 8:25 a.m. on icy roads when she lost control of her vehicle, overcorrected the wheel and rolled, landing upright between the ditch and the eastbound lane. All five were wearing seatbelts.
