UND women’s basketball coach Travis Brewster, entering his first season as head coach, has put the finishing touches on his staff of assistants. On Friday, Concordia-St. Paul assistant Drew Woods was named assistant at UND, while Brewster also announced the retention of Val Sussex (formerly Sannes) as director of basketball operations.

Renewal of UND, NDSU women's basketball rivalry near agreement
The women’s basketball programs at UND and North Dakota State are nearing an agreement to renew their rivalry next season. UND and the Bison have tentative dates planned for late November in Fargo. The plans were confirmed via multiple sources, although the contracts have not been officially signed.
