Constitutional obstacle in path of UND Sioux nickname bills

Another chapter in the long and bitter struggle over UND’s Fighting Sioux nickname and logo began in the North Dakota House of Representatives, as the chamber’s Republican leader said he will introduce a bill to write the controversial symbols into state law.

Sioux nickname voted top N.D. sports story
