Man killed in oil-related accident near Mandaree, N.D. 
A man in his early 20s has died in an oil-related accident on a well-site near Mandaree, N.D., over the weekend, according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Bismarck office. “We were informed there was a fatality that occurred in Dunn County related to oil and gas operations,” said Eric Brooks, Bismarck Area OSHA Office assistant area director.

Police say Minnesota mechanic dies in Wisconsin after vehicle falls on him 
La Crosse police say 49-year-old Kevin Ryan of Winona, Minn., was killed Wednesday afternoon. A co-worker says Ryan was working on a vehicle about 12:40 p.m. when it fell. The co-worker called 911 and Ryan was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
