The Dec. 21, 2010, burglary took place after Jacob Robert Anhalt called a man and asked if he could visit his Inver Grove Heights house, the complaint said. When the resident let Anhalt inside, two masked men followed him.
Two Inver Grove Heights men face charges of burglary, aggravated robbery and theft after they allegedly smacked an acquaintance on the head with a battle-ax, lifted some of his tools and then drove off in a stolen truck.
Mark Brian Grabitske, 57, was charged with eight counts of theft by swindle. He was summoned to appear Dec. 30 in Ramsey County District Court.
