Authorities ID victims of fatal Crookston accident
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office reported Friday that Thomas Steven Briggs, 19, of rural Mentor, Minn., and Lawrence Louis Trudeau, 77, of rural Red Lake Falls, Minn., were pronounced dead at the scene of the 4:10 p.m. crash on Polk County Road 11. Two others are in critical condition.
