The North Dakota Highway Patrol says it’s experiencing a marked increase in the amount of drug trafficking arrests made by state troopers. Troopers discovered about 20 pounds of marijuana, a ½-pound of methamphetamine and seized more than $5,000 of drug-related money from September 2008 through August, the patrol said in a press release.
