Camp Grafton receives funds:
The North Dakota National Guard’s Camp Grafton will receive $2 million in federal funds for shoreline stabilization projects, according to a press release from the state’s congressional delegation.

An Oakes man faces charges in the February rapes of three people younger than 15. Lane Olson, 19, was charged in Dickey County Court with three counts of gross sexual imposition. He’s being held in the Stutsman County jail on $2,000 bail. Court documents said Olson had sex with three acquaintances, who later went to police.
A woman has reported she was raped at a North Dakota National Guard camp near Devils Lake, according to the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Department. The department’s call log shows the woman went to the emergency room at Mercy Hospital in Devils Lake, which alerted the sheriff’s department shortly after 4 a.m. July 11.
