The search for a Tennessee newborn whose mom says he was kidnapped by a woman posing as an immigration agent entered its fourth day Friday, and a missing child expert said similar ploys have been used in other abductions.
Kandiyohi County, Minn., law enforcement and court officials will soon file charges, police reports and other paperwork electronically.
The e-charge pilot project will also allow signatures from law enforcement, prosecutors and judges and notarization of documents to be filed that way.
A letter from Sen. Byron Dorgan seeking contributions for his 2010 re-election bid not only went to fellow Democrats — it also went to Gov.
