Grand Forks police are investigating the report Sunday of an alleged accidental self-inflicted shooting that involved no serious injury, according to a police officer. But no details were released Sunday because more investigation is needed.

St. Paul police have two suspects in custody after the shooting death of a 15-year-old boy. The victim has not been identified. Police found him with a gunshot shortly after 10 a.m. Thursday after they responded to a residence on the city’s east side. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say a 17-year-old Sioux Falls boy was arrested after he shot his mom in the back with a homemade arrow from a makeshift bow. Police spokesman Sam Clemens say the two got into an argument Tuesday evening.
Authorities in Stearns County, Minn., said a 14-year-old boy has been shot in the leg while hunting deer with a group near Spring Hill. The sheriff’s office says the Melrose, Minn., boy was shot about noon Saturday about while hunting with his father and 12 other men.
