Conrad to talk base retention in Grand Forks 
Senator Kent Conrad, D-N.D., will be stopping in Grand Forks Thursday to meet with the city’s base retention committee. The group will discuss ways to enhance the base’s value to the nation’s defense. Topics include several ventures such as securing a new air refueling tanker mission and expanding unmanned aircraft programs at Grand Forks Air Force Base.
