N.D. Secretary of State Al Jaeger, Bismarck, column: Lawmakers supported plans they now decry 
These three legislators must have forgotten or simply not understood these details because they were discussed in detail when I appeared before their committee. Otherwise, why would they now jeopardize their credibility on the House Appropriations Committee by taking statements out of context and making partisan allegations against me that are baseless and untrue?
