That just goes to show how dominant the Green Wave have been in this young season. The Wave used a pair of power-play goals and limited Central to seven shots on net as Senior High beat the Knights 3-0 at the East Grand Forks Civic Center.
Despite playing a two-three zone for the majority of the game, East Grand Forks Sacred Heart had no answer for the post play of Stephen-Argyle. Seniors Donley Gryskiewicz and Lance Yutrzenka were able to find their way to the rim consistently for Stephen-Argyle, which topped Sacred Heart 64-41 on Tuesday in East Grand Forks.
Behind the 24-point performance of 6-7 senior center Jim Warmack, East Grand Forks improved to 3-1 on Saturday with a convincing 90-37 victory over the Bemidji High School boys basketball team in the second day of the Lumberjacks Classic.
