I have noticed how Rep. Earl Pomeroy, D-N.D., has stated that the reform bill has saved rural hospitals in the state.
If rural hospitals mean those in Bismarck, Fargo, Grand Forks and Minot, then the statement is true. But if it means rural hospitals such as those in Northwood, the statement is not true.
