A Wausau Paper plant in the east-central Minnesota city of Brainerd might have a potential buyer. City officials aren't releasing the name, but a purchase could be good news after the mill's closure in April cost about 130 workers their jobs.

Brainerd-based Hidden Fuels began working with the city and the school district in 2009 and later installed sensors in the sewers. For more than a year they measured the temperature and the amount of sewage running through them.
Minnesota Department of Health officials say a case of the water-borne disease has been connected to the Lodge at Brainerd Lakes. State epidemiologist Trisha Robinson says the lodge has worked with the department's environmental health officials and highly chlorinated the water park. The pool was closed Monday and reopened Thursday.
One of Minnesota's largest ice fishing tournaments has been postponed until next month because the ice is not quite thick enough. The Brainerd Jaycees said Thursday that the "Ice Fishing Extravaganza" on Gull Lake, scheduled for Jan. 21, has been postponed until Feb. 11.
