The Red River Women’s Clinic in Fargo is seeking a judge’s temporary injunction to stop only a single provision of a new North Dakota law taking effect Aug. 1, not the entire law, according to the Center of Reproductive Rights in New York, which is acting on behalf of the Fargo clinic, the state’s only abortion provider.
