POPS: We’re talking festive!
In 1963, Leo Haesle and the Grand Forks Symphony threw a party. It included a pops concert and choirs from all over the city and was the first of a tradition of holiday concerts that involved the whole community.

Terror at 2700 is a chance to get your spook on for a great cause. UND Delta Tau Delta's 19th annual Haunted Tours will open tonight and run through Saturday, with all proceeds benefiting Jordan Dvorak, 4, son of Jason and LaVonne Dvorak, who is battling leukemia. Recommended for ages 10 and older.

- Cast in ‘Buddy’ musical: Zach Spicer, Grand Forks, a student at McNally Smith College of Music in Minneapolis/St. Paul, is part of the cast of “Buddy — The Buddy Holly Story,” being presented at History Theater in St. Paul through Nov. 1. The show is the first collaboration with McNally Smith and the St. Paul Conservatory of Performing Artists.
