Grand Forks man accused of shooting TV pleads not guilty
Daryl Lee Nikle, 56, is facing one count of reckless endangerment, a Class C felony punishable by up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine. Police were dispatched shortly after 4 a.m. on Oct. 2 to respond to a report of a fired gun at 2207 Seventh Ave. N. UND police arrived first and took Nikle into custody.
