Beverly Wixo, age 77, of Larimore, ND, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the Larimore Good Samaritan Center.

Beverly was born January 31, 1935 at Larimore, the daughter of Henry and Gladys (Carlson) Boman. She was raised and grew to womanhood near Larimore and graduated from Larimore High School in 1953. She married Fred Wixo on October 10, 1954 at Larimore. The couple lived in Larimore before moving to their farm in 1959. In 1974, she attended Mayville State College in the Dietetics Program. From January, 1976 until June, 2001 she worked in the Dietary Department of the Larimore Good Samaritan Center. Bev was one of the founders for the Meals on Wheels Program in Larimore, which she and Fred were active volunteers.
