11 women compete for three titles leading to Miss ND
Eleven women will compete for three titles at 7 p.m. Saturday in the 2012 Miss Grand Forks Scholarship Pageant at Empire Arts Center in Grand Forks. A prelude to the Miss North Dakota/Miss America competition, the contest will award crowns to Miss Grand Forks, Miss Empire and Miss Eastern Dakota.
