North Dakota lawmakers spent almost $380,000 in taxpayers’ money to go on dozens of out-of-state trips, including jaunts to Florida, California, China and Europe, since the Legislature adjourned 13 months ago, travel records show. The figure includes $38,000 in expenses for four legislators who aren’t running for re-election.
