Police say a witness said Wesley Sweeney, 18, said he provided drugs to Christian Bjerk, 18, but it wasn’t his fault Bjerk overdosed. Sweeney was arrested Wednesday and charged with felony reckless endangerment in Bjerk's death and in the overdose of a 15-year-old boy.
