Two run for Grand Forks municipal judge
Two candidates with judicial experience are running to serve as Grand Forks municipal judge in Tuesday’s primary election. Jack Widdel is seeking election to the seat he was appointed to in October following the retirement of longtime Municipal Judge Henry Eslinger. Al Boucher, 60, has served as municipal judge in Northwood, Larimore and Emerado, and since 2009 has been a Grand Forks alternate municipal judge.
