Small town, big arts
Tiny Pekin, N.D., this week is hosting one of the region’s best art shows
For the next few days, tiny Pekin will be home to many more works of art than it has people. The annual Pekin Art Show, part of Pekin Days events that will continue through Sunday, has filled the old Pekin Auditorium with 237 pieces of art representing the work of 90 artists. Pekin itself is home to about 80 people.
