A 24-year-old man is accused of using a hidden cellphone camera to record unsuspecting users of a unisex bathroom at a St. Cloud shopping mall. Twenty-four-year-old Joshua LaValle is charged with seven counts of interfering with privacy. Two of the counts are felonies because children were recorded.
