The Drayton Dam is in rough shape and getting worse. That's a given. The question is what to do about it. About 40 people attended an open house and public meeting here Thursday night to learn about options for repairing or replacing the deteriorating dam, which has gained a reputation as a safety hazard and one of the last major barriers to fish passage on the Red River.
