Enid Doris Boreen was born December 5, 1921, at Flom, MN, the daughter of George and Christine (Nelson) Boreen. She was raised in Flom and graduated from Twin Valley (MN) High School in 1939. After graduation she moved to Minneapolis where she worked at Honeywell and later returned to Twin Valley.

Evelyn Rose Tonn Tegeler was born on April 25, 1926, to Paul and Emma (Wenthe) Tonn, Sr. in Buchanan County, Iowa. She was baptized in the Christian faith and spent her girlhood on the family farm. She graduated from Independence High School in 1943 and her class motto became one of her life’s mantras: “This above all, to thine own self be true.”

After her graduation from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, Evelyn was employed at KWWL Television and Rath, Inc. in Waterloo, Iowa, as an Administrative Assistant. She was the pitcher for the fast pitch women’s softball team, the Rathettes.

Paul Wolfgram, Sr.
Paul W. Wolfgram, Sr., 85 of Grand Forks, ND passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013 in Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.

Paul William Wolfgram was born December 17, 1927 in Niagara, ND the son of William and Olga (Koeppel) Wolfgram. He was raised in Niagara and graduated from Niagara High School. Following his graduation, he was employed with the Great Northern Railroad. He entered the United States Army on October 31, 1950 at Fargo, ND and served in Germany. He was honorably discharged from military service on October 13, 1952 at Fort Custer, MI. He returned to Grand Forks and was employed with the Grand Forks Police Department. He enlisted in the United States Army Reserve and later transferred to the North Dakota Army National Guard, 321 Engineering Battalion retiring in 1985. He attended vocational school in Staples, MN, training in tool and die production and attended technical college in Detroit Lakes, MN, training in small engine repair. He owned and operated Wolfgram Engine Repair in Grand Forks until his retirement. Paul married Theresa Lunski on November 25, 1953 in St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Grand Forks.
