Attorney files motion to dismiss charges in UND anti-Semitic disorderly conduct case
The attorney for Spencer Garness, the UND student charged with disorderly conduct for harassing a Jewish fellow dorm resident, filed a motion to dismiss those charges Thursday, according to the North Dakota courts Web site.
