The North Dakota Emergency Commission has approved additional funding to fight expected spring flooding. The commission on Tuesday agreed to accept loan proceeds from the Bank of North Dakota that would provide a total of $775,000 to the National Guard, Civil Air Patrol and Department of Emergency Services.
