Chicken dumpling soup sells well year-round in Del's Coffee Shop and Restaurant in the Grand Cities Mall. And this time of year, the Del's goes through 10 gallons of soup in a couple of days. Most is eaten there, but some goes in takeout orders. The soup is made on the premises with a good chicken stock and vegetables the staff cuts up.
