Nearly 56,000 antlerless tags remain; deadline for second and third lotteries is Aug. 5 With the first lottery complete, residents who weren’t successful will receive a second lottery application in the mail. Resident and nonresident hunters who have not yet applied for an antlerless whitetail tag or who want additional licenses must submit a third lottery application.
