A Bismarck woman is accused of stealing $4,300 in donations meant for Special Olympics. The Bismarck Tribune reports that 39-year-old Rachael Murray is charged with misapplication of entrusted property, a felony that carries a maximum punishment of five years in prison upon conviction.
