The Grand Forks Public School District has canceled all classes in the city and at the Grand Forks Air Force Base for Tuesday, according to an announcement at 4:13 p.m. today. The cancellation includes all classes, including Head Start, and afterschool activities. Manvel (N.D.) Public School also will be closed tomorrow.
