Adam Budge, 19, admitted Wednesday he gave drugs to Elijah Stai, 17, that apparently killed Stai, and that he sold drugs for Andrew Spofford, 22. Spofford, the alleged maker of synthetic drugs, pleaded not guilty Wednesday. Also Wednesday, was Ronald Norling III pleaded guilty to dealing drugs. That makes a total of four guilty pleas. Four others still face charges.
