POLICE BLOTTER: Guilty plea in child abuse, DUI case
A former Grafton, N.D., man says he was under the influence of cold medication when he rolled his vehicle, seriously injuring his young son. Corey Pastorek, 30, who now lives in Grand Forks, was charged with child abuse and driving under the influence with a minor in a vehicle after the Aug. 5 incident. Pastorek changed his plea to guilty Thursday as part of a plea agreement.
