Well-preserved homes built in “solidly middle-class styles” from 1882 to 1942 — and a namesake swimming pool — are included in a new historical and architectural overview of Grand Forks’ Riverside Neighborhood. The brochure, with “then and now” photographs of several distinctive homes, is the third published by the Grand Forks Historic Preservation Commission with funding from the National Park Service through the State Historical Society of North Dakota.
