There were a lot of disappointed country music fans in Grand Forks in December 2007 when icy roads and snowy weather prevented country’s super duo Sugarland from making it to their scheduled concert at Ralph Engelstad Arena. Let’s all hope ice and snow won’t be a problem on April 16, when Sugarland is scheduled — once again — to play the Ralph.
