Grand Forks’ Alerus Center turns 10 on Thursday.
It was a Saturday morning in February when more than 21,000 visitors from around the region stopped by to see the city’s new digs. The following day, comedian Bill Cosby was the inaugural act. Since that auspicious day, though, the events center has had about as much ups as it has had downs.
