Police say Tuesday night Brooklyn Park death is a homicide
Officers were called to a residence in Brooklyn Center shortly before midnight Tuesday. An adult female had been stabbed and was pronounced dead at the scene. A man at the residence was arrested. Police say they're not looking for any other suspects.

N.D. man pleads guilty to stabbing neighbor while she smoked outside apartment building
A Wahpeton man accused of trying to kill his neighbor last October has pleaded guilty to attempted murder. Twenty-four-year-old Patrick Wolfgram was accused of repeatedly stabbing the 26-year-old woman as she smoked outside their apartment building. He initially pleaded not guilty.

A 22-year-old man died after being fatally stabbed near Walker, Minn. Cass County Sheriff Tom Burch said deputies responded to a report of a stabbing about 10:15 p.m. Wednesday in the Onigum area. A news release said deputies found the man had been stabbed. The man later died while being transported to a hospital.

A Ponemah, Minn., man was charged in federal court Wednesday with stabbing a man last summer on the Red Lake Indian Reservation. Randall Dean Jones, 21, was indicted on one count of assault with a deadly weapon. Toddler, 2 others stabbed by intruder in Rochester, Minn., early Thursday
Police say a man armed with knife broke into a home about 6 a.m. while the occupants were sleeping. A woman in the home was awakened by a noise and found the intruder in the toddler's bedroom. Her brother and a male guest confronted and fought with the intruder. When police arrived, the male suspect jumped out of the window and ran. Officers used a police dog to chase the man and make an arrest.
