A 42-year-old man out for a walk in a St. Paul park curled up into a ball to protect himself when a group of young men punched and kicked him on the ground. One ripped his pants to steal his wallet and they all ran away, according to criminal complaints filed Friday. The Ramsey County attorney's office charged two adults and two juveniles Friday with first-degree aggravated robbery.
