Northwest of Grand Forks, in Minnesota, many roads tend to offer "difficult" driving conditions, particularly many areas north of U.S. Highway 2. The morning is providing more "fair" winter driving conditions along and south of Highway 2 between East Grand Forks and Bagley, and on main roads in northwest Polk County.
