A former assistant Hennepin County, Minn., attorney who admitted to arranging prostitutes for "nice guy" clients was given up to 15 years' probation with no jail time. "I have no acceptable answers for myself or my behavior, other than to say I was very depressed and lonely after my medical condition required me to take early retirement and then saddled me with a tracheostomy and ventilator for the rest of my life," he said in a statement read in court by his attorney.
