Gov. Mark Dayton said Wednesday that he's receptive to a developer's idea for a Las Vegas-style casino in downtown Minneapolis. No formal proposal has been made -- either in the city or at the Capitol, where state law would have to be changed -- but a downtown developer has been shopping the idea around.
