Interstate 29 reopened during the noon hour between Grand Forks and Fargo, the North Dakota Department of Transportation said. I-94 between Fargo and Jamestown also has reopened.

TUESDAY NIGHT: N.D. Patrol closes I-94 Fargo-Bismarck
The North Dakota Highway Patrol closed Interstate 94 from Fargo to Bismarck at 7:30 p.m. because of blowing snow and icy conditions from sleet and rain.
